Here is Mr. Clever showing us how to cut sugar cain. Most of us from the southern states of the U.S. know how to cut cane but Mr. Clever could do magical things with the cane, that I had not seen done before. He produced "chewing" sized pieces of juicy cane. He produced longer pieces that you could grill with. He also produced nice "drink" size pieces to sweaten your rum drink. In addition he cut up a freshly harvested coconut into bite size yummy slices. He had several local juices, pinapple, fresh orange, and the sweetest grapefruit I have ever tasted. I give Mr. Clever an AAA+++++ on a great tour.
